7:00pm most Tuesdays and Thursdays - meet outside main entrance to the Sports Centre within Caerleon College (University of Wales Newport).

IMPROVERS GROUP – Shorter routes can be taken by anyone on Club nights, at their discretion. It is preferable for shorter runs to be navigated so that runners return to UWCN at the end of Club Night, to ensure that all members can be safely accounted for.
All entry fees are shown at the highest rate (ie entry on the day, no WA affiliation). Could be cheaper – check the web for details.

TUESDAY SOCIAL NIGHTS, THE GOLDCROFT – Each Tuesday Club Night on the first Tuesday every month will be followed by a social get-together in the pub. So don’t forget to bring your shower stuff and a change of clothing.
